I have gained an understanding of what a shutter speed is. I understand that the longer I leave a shutter speed open, I will collect more light. The picture of the lights I used a a slow shutter speed, to create a unique style. The photo of the lorry, I have used a faster shutter speed, however, it did not turn out as i hoped. The reason for this could be that i didnt keep the shutter speed open long enough to allow more light for a better, less blury picture. Knowing my mistakes, when i come to my unit 3 production, i will be able to produce work at a better standard. Now that I have had experince with a camera, future work sould also be at a better standard. I believe that using the camera more in the future will improve my photo taking abilities in terms of qulaity and time. This is what i will have to do to develop my skills furthur.
